Peter Laing miscellanea

A place to post odd Peter Laing connected or complementary figures.

This one on the right is not Peter Laing figure but a tall civilian man (really a boy from the Airfix Wagon Train set) with a Peter Laing WW1 German Officer for size comparison. Useful character figure, especially if you lose some of the base height.

To accompany the Ancients Range, there is this delightful scratch-built ox cart in the late Stuart Asquith’s Roman and Pictish Army (now in my Laing collection). The slightly paintworn ox looks to be a plastic farm or railway model. Plastic or metal mesh ‘wicker’ sides.

Travelling forge? Fire waggon? Barbecue Cook pit on wheels?
